Are you feeling a little tense lately? A little stressed? Maybe even anxious? Lately I've noticed that I'm not sleeping too well through the night. Well, with all of the stress we are experiencing, I shouldn't be surprised. However, it did remind me that because of all of the medications that I take, some of the side effects include depression, mood changes, and insomnia. So I got to thinking...maybe I should alert my friends to watch for some signs of anxiety, depression, or stress.
